2026 Scholarship Application
The Trevor Popeck Foundation is proud to support the next generation of compassionate, community‑minded leaders. Each year, we award a $500 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who demonstrates resilience, service to others, and a commitment to making a positive impact—especially in areas connected to medical or vision‑related challenges.
This scholarship reflects the heart of our mission: uplifting individuals who show strength through adversity and who use their experiences to inspire and support those around them. We believe that every student with a passion for helping others deserves the opportunity to pursue their education with confidence and encouragement.
What We’re Looking For
A graduating senior (class of 2026) with a minimum 3.0 GPA and must submit copy (official or unofficial) of your high school transcript
A record of community service, kindness, and advocacy
A personal connection to medical or vision‑related hardships—either personally or through supporting someone else
A thoughtful, authentic essay that reflects your journey and your desire to make a difference
Award Details
The selected recipient will receive a $500 reimbursement scholarship, mailed directly to the student’s home address.
